For Students Attending an Instructor-led Class:

How to Start an Instructor-led Class

All classes start at 10 am Eastern Time. On the day of your class:

1. Get your Username and Password Ready.
   • Username: The STUDENT EMAIL from your registration form.
   • Password: It was sent to you via email. If you don't have it, please reset it by:
     • Visiting: https://certstaffix.learnondemand.net/User/LoginAssistance
     • Enter the email you registered for class with. If you do not know this:
     • Email us at registrations@certstaff.com.
     • Live Chat with Us.
     • Call us at 888-330-6890


2. Go to https://certstaffix.learnondemand.net/
3. Enter your Username and Password:
   
   


4. Click on Class Enrollments:
   
   


5. Click on the Class Name:
   
   


6. Click on the Classroom Name:
   
   


7. By the Address Line, you will find how and where to attend class:
   
   


8. All classes run from 10 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. 

For Students That Have Purchased Self-Paced eLearning:

3. Enter your Username and Password:

4. Click "My Training"

5. Your available courses are listed under Course Assignments:

6. Click the eLearning Bundle Title

8. Read the Course Instructions

9. Scroll down to Table of Contents

• Launch Lecture: Click the Video Icon
• Launch Lab Computer: Click the Beaker Icon
  (only Desktop Software courses have a lab)

How to Obtain My Certificate of Completion

1. After you complete the lecture for each course, go to "My Transcript."

2. Under "Course Assignments"

3. Next to the "Course Name," all the way to the right, click on the "Certificate Icon"
